All services, including but not limited to Blueprint Assessments, Marketing Plans, and Add-Ons, require full payment prior to project commencement.

• SEO services, including Add-Ons, require a minimum 3-month commitment.
• Add-Ons can be purchased separately but are subject to individual terms.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of non-delivery or service errors caused by PlanGenX.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are required to provide accurate and timely information to ensure project success. Delays caused by client inaction may impact timelines.

4. Limitations of Liability

PlanGenX is not responsible for any loss of revenue or opportunities resulting from service outcomes. Clients assume all risks associated with the implementation of our recommendations.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by PlanGenX remain the intellectual property of PlanGenX unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Changes to Terms

PlanGenX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
